At age 11 she got her letter to Ilvermorny attended until graduation, making special focus on Transfiguration, Potions, Herbology
Alexa excelled in Potions, Magical Cookery, Herbology, Astronomy, and Ancient Runes and had a particular fondness of spending many late nights just staring at the stars. She was also a part of the Potion 500 Club and even could be seen skating on frozen lakes during winter. After graduation, she went and got a Muggle degree in Biology and Chemistry from Minnesota State University. While attending University in Minnesota, she worked as a TA in the Biology department, aiding students in anatomy and also in Chemistry. She played ice hockey for leisure with her peers and would frequently host dinners to show off her latest recipes. She has a fondness for the science behind cooking, as it really is closely related to Potions. She studied abroad in Italy and Ireland during her final school year, studying Chemistry and all the food Italy had to offer. She splurged a bit during that final year, mostly enjoying food experiences the United States couldn’t possibly offer.
