Silver in many trades but gold in none, I'm lucky to have established myself as a researcher after my wand was broken for... irrelevant reasons. A more specific, permanent position could offer me financial security, peace of mind and maybe even dental, but I never could stick to one topic for long. My job as a freelance researcher may not give me the galleons for new robes but it offers new and exciting topics to delve into every week.
I've been working on my substitute teacher qualifications for a while now and one of my many dreams is to find flexible tenure at a Wizarding educational facility. I moonlight as an investigative reporter when I need the money (distressingly frequently), but honestly I haven't the guts to be very good at it.
